Notate Worklist 45 Days Out

Once your 45 days hit and the account comes back up on your work flow...

  • Make sure to send it to the arbitration attorney that the provider or team lead advises you on.
  • You MUST send them every appeal you have done on this patient’s account and
  • Place a note in work flow stating the following. For Example the note should state - (DOS 10/4/2018 +11/6/2018+ 2/6/19 have all went to arbitration with atty Medina on 1/3/2020).
  • Place a follow up date for about 6 months.
  • Please keep in mind if this patient comes back in for treatment it is your responsibility to email the attorney you sent the arbitration to and advise them that the patient is continuing to treatment.
  • ALL DOS THAT ARE APPEALED ON ONE PATIENT’S ACCOUNT MUST ALWAYS GO TO THE SAME ATTORNEY FOR ARBITRATION.
