Resolving Getix Inquiries

  • You will move documents over to Shared folder with Getix.
  • Getix will start to post Charges. *
  • If they have any questions, they will send you an email.
  • You will receive the questions via email with errors that need to be attended to.
  • You will investigate the errors to see how they should be fixed.
  • Respond to the email with corrections on how you would like them to be fixed.
  • Getix will correct them and continue doing charges.
